Through the NRT’s acquisition, Jay and Denise are the ideal candidates to work with other NRT-owned companies to help them strengthen their defense of the commission.  Their ability to repeatedly net sellers top dollar strengthened both the agent’s competency and confidence level and the net result was higher profitability to the company.

Jay Schweppe, Vice President Strategic Initiatives NRT, has been actively engaged in the real estate business for the past 37 years. Jay is a trailblazer and known for his daring and innovative approach to the real estate profession. His revolutionary concepts have proven to brokers and sales associates that they can succeed in any real estate market despite fluctuating economic trends. Jay is a strong advocate of training and continually strives to elevate the career of real estate to a supreme level of professionalism. He is noted for his motivating presentations which he has delivered to sales teams throughout the nation. On numerous occasions he has been a speaker at the New Jersey and the National Association of Realtors Annual Conventions and the Annual National RELO Convention. Mr. Schweppe has been featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal, quoted in “Money” and “Success” magazines, and interviewed on “Good Morning America” and MSNBC.

Denise Riordan, also a Vice President Strategic Iniatives NRT, has been engaged in the real estate business for the past 35 years. Starting at Schweppe & Co. in 1973 she has been involved in all aspects of the business. Her career has included the responsibilities of office manager for three other large area brokers, and she was also involved in relocation as a Corporate Home Finding and Sales Administrator and as a Relocation Director for another independent real estate firm. Upon her return to Schweppe & Co. in 1992 it was at this point that she and Jay joined forces in moving Schweppe & Co.’s listing-focused concept to a new level and was later promoted to President in 1997. Her background in administration and management provided the basis for the development of the systems Schweppe & Co. used to measure its productivity and success.
