SUCCESS STORY 1

I’ve taken so many ‘rah-rah’ courses in my career and if it hadn’t been for the encouragement of my manager.  I probably wouldn’t have signed up for the Power Pricing seminar.  By far, this is the most beneficial course I have taken.

I refer to the notebook again and again.  One of my listings is with a couple who are divorcing and reluctant to meet together with me.  When I took the listing, it was a little above the market and there was no activity. Desperate to get them together to discuss the price, I finally e-mailed them using the new Schweppe language.  I got the appointment and a $70,000 price reduction.

In my 18 years in real estate, this seminar has given me the most direct benefit.  It’s help for this market.

After being a licensed realtor in Florida for 35 years I wish I had the opportunity to take this class 25 years ago.  This class should be MANDATORY for all new agents in the business to be able to work for the company, if not all agents.  There would be less of us taking un-saleable listings.  Anne will be taking the class at the next offering, we just had clients in town and one of us had to be free to be with them. I was wondering what I would gain from attending the Schweppe seminar a second time.  It absolutely solidified in my mind that this is the only business model which will work.  Not only for today, but I honestly believe this is the future of our industry.
It is simple.  It is factual. It uses real numbers.  The numbers don’t lie, they always tell the truth.

I walked away today with a clear understanding of how to integrate the concepts into my business.  I have been using your model for every marketing presentation I make.  I have taken every listing in my office since taking your course back in February.  I always wanted to do that and I knew I could, you showed me how to do it.!  I am trying to improve on your system, and so far, I can not improve it!  So, here is my recommendation to anyone who is skeptical:

I do want to express my great satisfaction with the entire three-day seminar.  The $99 is peanuts compared to the eye-opening new way of thinking in the operation of my real estate business.  I have attended dozens of seminars over the years and this by far was the most informative with really important ‘thought-provoking business changing’ ‘money making ideas’ I have ever heard of.  The basic truths on how real estate really relates to stocks and is a commodity and not a product was so well demonstrated that it was like a lightening bolt of ‘why didn’t I think of that before’.  Really ‘breath-catching information’ delivered in a powerful way and it provoked a whole new way of thinking for me in the operation of my real estate business with both sellers and buyers….
