Thanks so much. I actually have repositioned 2 listings
and one of them went under contract the next day. What a change.
I’m meeting with the seller on Thursday, who wanted to wait till next
year to sell. When I told
them we don’t expect the market to get better till 2010, they decided to put it
on the market now.
