Your seminar gave us so much useful information. Several of the
agents in my office have joined together to help each other accumulate
data and put together graphs to use at our presentations. I have
personally used your concepts at two presentations and was successful in
getting the ideas across. One was an existing listing that is unwilling
to do anything to his price...despite the fact that he is a commodity
broker! He did agree with all I said, even told me he was
impressed. I have a third showing on his place today, and then will talk
with him again. If he is unable to do what is necessary, then I
will. The other was a re-listed property from the competition. Quite a boost. I want to thank
you for the information you so graciously shared, I did feel more confident and
able to stand my ground. This is the first educational experience I have
walked away from feeling that all the information was going to move me forward,
rather than just a piece here or there.
