It’s been a week since we first attended the seminar in
Chicago, and my office is still so pumped!! I am the manager of the Carol
Stream office, and I brought 10 of my agents to the program.
I can’t believe the excitement and the changes that are already
taking place! We are experiencing a transformation of thinking, which is
exactly what we need to do to thrive in this market.
I am leading a role playing segment at my office meeting this
week to practice, and to demonstrate the principles we learned to the rest of
the office. (You’d think we were speaking another language!!)
I chose the motto “Good to Great in 2008” to motivate
and encourage my agents to reach higher goals, even in this challenging
market. Well, you have given me the practical tools I need to lead them
to greatness, to increase our market share, and not to waste our time and money
(and sanity) on unmotivated, uneducated sellers.. We’ll leave those to
the competition.
